Conditions for Refund

Refund Request: If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your donation with your reason for the refund and proof of donation. Refunds will be considered only in case of a valid reason.

Process: Upon receiving your request, we will review the circumstances and process the refund within 15 working days if the request is approved.

Non-Refundable Donations: Donations made under special campaigns or where funds have been utilized for specific projects are non-refundable.
